TEHRAN – Iran’s caretaker petroleum minister will depart for Vienna, Austria’s capital city, today to attend the 145th Ordinary Meeting of the OPEC Conference on Sept. 11.

Gholamhossein Nozari will preside over the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries' (OPEC) Ministerial Monitoring Committee (MMC).
The latest conditions of oil market, output, and export will be discussed by the members.
The OPEC meeting is to assemble at a time when most analysts predict that the output of the organization will remain unchanged.
Most OPEC ministers have so far indicated that they see no reason to alter the oil group's current 25.8 million barrel a day output despite a recent hike in prices as the market is supplied with adequate oil.
Iran chairs the MMC which also includes Kuwait and Nigeria.
OPEC ministers are to begin arriving in the Austrian capital on Sunday for the meeting, with the 12-member club under pressure to raise output, AFP reported
